                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
                 ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO
                 EXECUTE AND ATTEST, RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT
                 WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CTI), FOR
                 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION
                 OF CONTRACT NO. 99B, RELOCATION OF 19TH STREET
                 SEWER, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY-THREE
                 THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
                 ($33,450.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Public Works Administrator and
       the City Finance Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute
       and attest, respectively, an Agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc. (CTI), for professional services during the
       construction of Contract No. 99B, Relocation of 19th Street 
Sewer,
       for an amount not to exceed $33,450.00.
